Laser Cut Cards for High Detail
If you have an intricate design with lots of small cutouts, like lace for a wedding invitation, then a laser cut card is what you need. The laser can precisely cut your design that would be too detailed and costly to do with a custom die.

How We Do It
We are a digital printer with sophisticated computerized cutters. What that means for you is quick turnaround with your custom design just the way you like it. Since every project is digital, it means no expensive setup costs or delays. We can cut very detailed designs with our laser, or simple die cut jobs with our router that cuts with blade.
No Cookie Cutters Here
We use an all digital workflow. We don’t offer the same designs that many of our competitors use to save cost. We cut YOUR design, not something you settle on. If you are looking for a unique design that matches your vision precisely, then cookie cutters simply won’t cut it, pun intended.
How We Cut It
With artwork on one layer of your design and a “cut” layer on another layer, your design enters our workflow ready to go. Using our G7 certified shop for the most accurate colors, we print on one of our digital presses. When printed we add registration marks outside of your design. These marks are read by our cutters to make sure we cut on the exact path as your design. This optical registration step is critical to achieving an extremely tight tolerance.
We Don’t Bounce Like That
With typical die cutting, your design is printed on one machine and then cut on a separate machine. If your design was not printed on the exact same place on every sheet that difference is called bounce. The bounce from sheet to sheet can be significant. You will see this when text is too close to a border, or the text is crooked on a page or you see white marks near the corners when it should be a solid color or design. We see the bounce because every sheet has registration marks and all our cutters use cameras that read each and every sheet. We take the bounce out.
