Custom cut foam inserts are ideal for a wide range of uses.
- Custom packaging - this is by far the most popular use. Often parts come in very odd shapes that make it difficult to package and display. With a custom cut foam insert, your product would be protected and on display at the same time.

Popular Packaging Foams
Some popular packaging foams are XLPE foam or Cross-linked foam, or Polyurethane foam, charcoal foam, Poly foam, Egg Crate foam and Soft foam. Foam ranges in dense hard foam that doesn’t absorb water which would be a closed cell foam, to a light and spongy foam that protects well and typically less money called open cell foam.
