One stop solution for your invitations - sealed, mailed, and delivered! Our turn-key solution includes printing the invitation and envelope on a high quality digital press, addressing for each recipient, insert, seal, and deliver to USPS. First Class postage is included in the price when you select mailing. (Discounts available for Standard Mail, please call for details).

We work with companies of all sizes, and our specialty is small quantities best suited for a digital press with between 100 to 5000 pieces. Our all digital workflow and latest imaging technology means you get top notch quality for less money.

Submitting Artwork
We prefer to receive final artwork in high-res PDF format for printing. If you're working with a designer, ask him/her to supply the PDF as a PDF/x-1a file, CMYK, include 0.125" bleed and trim marks. Download an instruction sheet on how to make PDF/x-1a files here.

If you're putting together a design internally, we recommend Adobe InDesign (Mac or PC) as the best page layout program. We've also printed many books laid out in Word, Publisher, Photoshop, and other programs, but the final submission to us needs to be a PDF file with bleeds and trim marks.

If you need design help, we have a network of independent designers to help you with such needs. Please use the contact form for a referral. Please include as much info as you have about your project. You will communicate with the designer directly regarding file submission, fees, alterations, etc.

Mailing List
If you wish to have us mail the printed invitations directly to your recipients, please include the mailing list as part of your upload. We prefer the mailing list to be in Excel format. Please insert a placeholder name on the artwork, and indicate the font/color/size of the mailing block as you wish to see it.

Proofs and Production
Once we receive your final artwork, we will send a PDF proof first for approval. This will ensure the contents of the file are accurate. Once the PDF proof is approved, you can request a hard copy proof at no additional charge, all you need to pay is the related shipping cost. For tight turnaround projects, the hard copy proof may be skipped. Once we receive the final approval to print, production generally takes 3-5 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the project.
