Our premium foam board prints are printed on UltraBoard. Ultraboard is our most popular and versatile substrate for lightweight installations. UltraBoard Classic consists of a polystyrene foam core board between two rigid sheets of polystyrene.
Premium Prints on UltraBoard features include:

- Favored Durability for Interior Permanent Displays and Signs
- Foam Board Thicknesses Ranging from 3/16” – 1/2”, up to 2" thick upon request
- Warp and Moisture Resistant, High Impact, Litho-grade Polystyrene Foam Board Facers
- White facing panel with black foam core & black rear facing panel
- Standard Sheet Sizes of 48″ x 96″, 60″ x 96″, 50″ x 100″ and 60″ x 120″
- CNC cut to shape
These extremely rigid prints are Ideal for museums, office interiors, traveling shows, pop-up events, trade shows and conferences for a more permeant display that regular foam board will not hold up for.
